It is Aultman Medical Group North Canton Medical Center’s policy to provide culturally and linguistically appropriate health care.

Interpretation Services for the Deaf

Patients who are not able to provide their own sign language interpreter for their appointments should alert the staff when making their appointment.  Aultman Medical Group North Canton Medical Center will make arrangements to provide an interpreter at the time of the appointment.

Bilingual Services

Patients who are not able to provide their own interpreter for their appointments, such as a family member or friend, will be provided interpretation services from Language Line.  Using a language identification card, a staff member will request interpretation services from Language Line for the duration of the appointment.
